HIGH PROTEIN OVERNIGHT OATS

                                    (NO PROTEIN POWDER REQUIRED) This recipe is quick and easy to make, perfect for someone that is busy and doesn't have the time to make breakfast in the morning. You can just make it in the evening and have it the next day before work. It's easy, delicious and super healthy!  GRAB YOUR INGREDIENTS AND LET'S GET TO MAKING THIS DELICIOUS BREAKFAST!

INGREDIENTS:

HIGH PROTEIN OVERNIGHT OATS
   INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1/2 CUP WHITE OATS
  • 1 APPLE
  • 1 WEETABIX PROTEIN (1 PIECE )
  • 1/2 CUP ALMOND MILK (OR ANY MILK)
  • 1/2 CUP SOY MILK (FOR EXTRA PROTEIN)
  • 2 TBSP CHIA SEEDS
  • 1 TBSP FLAX SEEDS (OR PUMPKIN SEEDS)
  • A FEW DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS (OPTIONAL)
  INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. FIRST,PUT THE OATS INTO A MASON JAR. 
  2. THEN TAKE THE APPLE AND CUT IT INTO SMALL CUBES.THEN PUT THEM OVER TOP THE OATS. 
  3. TAKE YOUR WEETABIX AND BREAK IT UP, THEN
                         PUT IT OVER THE DICED APPLE .
                        4.SPRINKLE THE CHIA SEEDS AND FLAX SEEDS
                         OVER THE WEETABIX.
                        5.POUR THE ALMOND AND SOY MILK INTO THE
                         MASON JAR.
                        6.ADD THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS OVER TOP.
                        7.FINALLY,LET THE OATS CHILL IN THE FRIDGE 
                         OVERNIGHT (OR FOR A COUPLE HOURS) AND ENJOY
                       IT IN THE MORNING.
