HIGH PROTEIN BANANA AND PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 medium frozen bananas
- 1.5 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cut up the frozen bananas into small slices
- Add the bananas , peanut butter and soy milk into the blender
- Blend til smooth
- Sprinkle the chia seeds on top
- Enjoy!
