HIGH PROTEIN BANANA AND PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE

The most perfect breakfast you could ever think of ! High protein , so healthy and absolutely delicious.It only takes a few minutes to make and 3 simple ingredients. Let's get started!


INGREDIENTS:

  •  2 medium frozen bananas 
  •  1.5 tbsp creamy peanut butter 
  •  1 cup unsweetened soy milk 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cut up the frozen bananas into small slices
  2. Add the bananas , peanut butter and soy milk into the blender
  3. Blend til smooth
  4. Sprinkle the chia seeds on top
  5. Enjoy!
