HIGH PROTEIN STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 apple
- 1.5 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 6 almonds
- 80g firm tofu
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 10 strawberries
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cut up the apple into small slices
- Add the apple , peanut nutter , chia seeds , almonds ,tofu ,soy milk and strawberries into the blender and blend till smooth.
- It's done! yes it was that easy! ENJOY THIS SMOOTHIE FULL OF GOODNESS!
