HIGH PROTEIN STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

A perfect vegan protein packed breakfast : 19 grams of protein ! So healthy and delicious. It's almost too good to be true. Let's grab our ingredients and get to making!

INGREDIENTS:                                      

  • 1 apple                       
  • 1.5 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 6 almonds
  • 80g firm tofu
  • 1/2 cup soy milk 
  • 10 strawberries

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cut up the apple into small slices 
  2. Add the apple , peanut nutter , chia seeds , almonds ,tofu ,soy milk and strawberries into the blender and blend till smooth.
  3. It's done! yes it was that easy! ENJOY THIS SMOOTHIE FULL OF GOODNESS!
