HIGH PROTEIN BLUEBERRY AND BANANA SMOOTHIE BOWL ( NO PROTEIN POWDER)

Another healthy but delicious smoothie bowl. This smoothie bowl will fuel your body body for the day making you feel so energized and ready to conquer the day.It's also high protein and vegan, and only takes a couple minutes to make.So grab your ingredients and let's get to making!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 SMALL BANANAS OR 120G OF BANANAS
  • 1 CHOPPED DATE
  • 1 TBSP CHIA SEEDS 
  • 15G VEGAN CHOCOLATE CHIPS
  • 70G FIRM TOFU
  • 1 CUP SOY MILK (OR ANY PLANT-BASED MILK)
  • 10 BLUEBERRIES
  • 1/3 CUP OATMEAL




INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Chop up the bananas and blend with the tofu, blueberries, and soy milk till smooth
  2. Mix the smoothie with the oatmeal, add your dare, chia seeds , and chocolate chips on top and voila! DONE.
  3. Refrigerate till served.
